3 areas of Restoration Clean $139.00. If you have pets, children, high traffic areas or haven't had it done in a long time, this would be a perfect clean for you. Prior to us cleaning your carpet we pretreat with an all organic citrus base product that is safe for people with allergies, pets and children. We use water that is 220 degrees and that is the hottest that you can use to kill all dander and germs that are in your carpet. We use a ROTO Machine that is a circular machine that agitates the fibers of the carpet so it brings everything from the bottom to the top. After we clean your carpets we rake them so they will dry faster and fluff up the fibers of the carpet. NOTE: If your rooms are more than 220 sq. ft. than that is considered 2 areas.
