3 Areas of regular maintenance clean is $89.00 and your carpets are not that bad and you are wanting a great overall clean. This will be a perfect cleaning for you. Prior to us cleaning your carpets, we pretreat with an all organic citrus base product that is safe for people with allergies, pets and children. We use water that is 220 degrees and that is the hottest that you can use to kill all dander and germs that are in your carpet. After we clean your carpets we will rake them so they will dry a bit faster and fluff up the fibers of the carpet. NOTE: If your rooms are more than 2020 sq. ft. than that is considered 2 areas.
